Hairart T3 Tourmaline 1800 Watt Ionic Hair Blow Dryer

I have always loved going to the hair stylist, not just for the new hair cut but really for the fantastic blow dry afterwards. I have also always oggled the $200 Super Solano Hair Dryer that all the stylists seemed to use. But I was also realistic and practical, knowing that the great styling really came from the professional stylist and not the expensive dryer. However, my opinion changed when I was introduced to the 1800 Watt Hairart T3 Tourmaline Ionic Hair Dryer. In my opinion, this dryer was actually worth the $200 (though I only paid ~$150 for it on eBay!) and here is why:

Faster Hair Drying -- I have thick long hair and a baby. So time is of the essence for me. Normally, to do my hair justice, I would have to spend 20 minutes blow drying. However, with the T3, I feel that I could get a very good blow dry in ~10 minutes, and the results are pretty good even if I only spend 5 minutes shaping my hair with the dryer and don't completely dry my hair. I have never been able to achieve this with any other hair dryer.

Less Frizz -- I think the ionic technology helps with this. My hair feels smoother, shinier and less frizzy with this hair dryer. Once again, it is a noticeable difference vs. other hair dryers I've tried.

More Body -- My hair feels bouncier, looks fuller and has greater volume after a blow dry with T3. Another thing the ionic technology is supposed to do is to preserve the moisture in your hair, and I suspect that's why my hair feels bouncier and fuller because I haven't stripped all the moisture and sheen out of it.

Healthier Hair -- I have noticed that my hair is shinier and softer, but most importantly, I have noticed REDUCED HAIR LOSS! Not that hair loss was a problem for me, but I always noticed a lot of hair on my bathroom floor and brush and sometimes I couldn't help but worry a little bit. With the T3, I have noticed reduced amount of shedding. I suspect that a big reason for this is probably due to the fact that I am not subjecting my hair to shorter period of time under the heat of the blow dryer!

In sum, I have been very happy with my T3. I was just away for Christmas and had to part with my T3 for a week. I really missed it and noticed how much better it worked vs. the Vidal Sassoon Ionic Blow Dryer that I bought from Walgreens for $20 when I went traveling. In fact, I think I am going to purchase the T3 Overnight Tourmaline Travel Hair Dryer for my next trip!

So, has the T3 replaced my stylist visits? Absolutely not! But has it eliminated or reduced the number of bad hair days in between visits? Absolutely yes! I would for sure pay another $200 (well, or the $150 bargain I got on eBay!) if I had to again!
