I bought these diet pills after reading some commercial site reviews. the consumer reports aren't so good, but they always tend to chide diet pills. i used diet pills several years ago and they didn't really do anything - having recently shed some weight due to my endometriosis, i am eager to get rid of the extra 20. i have been taking the ephedrasil for the past 2 weeks and though i can't say whether i have lost any weight b/c i don't have a scale, the pills definitely suppress the appetite and give a euphoric feeling. i have been eating minimally - fruit really eliminates the extreme hunger feeling that comes on these pills when you don't eat. basically, they suppress the appetite but if you have nothing to digest, you'll feel ravenous. so you have to eat on them.. we shouldn't not eat, anyway. as to the mind altering euphoria the other night, i was leaving on a plane at 6 am and didnt want to sleep b.c i was concerned i wouldn't get up at 4 to make it to the airport on time. i took 3 of the pills - max dosage. usually i just take one or two. i definitely felt high, speedy. i have a high drug tolerance in general and was really impressed that the max dose gave me such an altered feeling. i don't think these pills are hype. i'll update as to the weight loss once i get a scale. but i would def. recommend this product.
